Steering components

ROLLAX steering components offer unique versatility and flexibility giving you maximum freedom in the design of your steering systems and housings. Our steering-head bearings adapt to the available space, compensating for angular misalignment, as well as shaft and bore tolerances. You can expect that and a lot more from our angular contact ball bearings and 4-point ball bearings, without compromising on the desired rigidity. In order for you to fully benefit from our versatility, our steering component team of experts stands ready to assist and consult from a very early design stage.

In order for customer requirements in steering components to become a reality we maintain our own testing facility. In this environment we test our bearings to market standards and customer specifications. We do all this in the early design phase of your steering system. Whether spindle bearing, steering-head bearing, steering column bearing, axial needle bearings or linear guides – even with supposedly highly developed steering components our engineers are able to find new and innovative solutions. To this end our steering components can be outfitted with additional features and characteristics. Starting with additional lock washers and seals on to fitting of steering sensor brackets, through to adjustable friction setting. Put us to the test. We welcome your challenge.
